This branch is providing very worst services. I go to bank for opening salary account. And they let me wait for an hour, and after the person came in. He said, go to another person. And then he again said, there are accounts pending already, so come on next Monday. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Don't use this branch please. I will be complaining to CSR about their behavior.
HBL is the worst bank of Pakistan. unprofessional staff. even management do not bother to facilitate the customers.
Counter Stuff behaviour is so bad and their seriousness about customer service is rubbish.
Very unprofessional staff having no experience of how to deal with senior citizens and disable persons. Very bad management and very bad behavior.
Absolutely pathetic staff and service starting from security personnel till management, each and every person on the other side of desk/counter is untrained, uninformed , lack of knowledge of anything they are doing,
