This is the worst ever branch of any bank i have ever seen in my entire life. They have only 3 cash counters in which mostly one counter is working. There are two female employees who sit on the cash counter. They are always talking, chatting, laughing and carelessly wasting the precious time of customers. Whenever I go there, i always finds only one counter working which works at a snail pace. I always thought that UBL is worst but after seeing this branch, i can for sure say that this is the far more worst. The female employees leave the counter for drink, tea, snacks, chatting with their coworkers any time when they want regardless of the long queue of waiting customers. I suggest HBL to change the management of this branch or kindly close it. Moreover, I am closing my salary account from this branch and will open one in meezan bank where atleast the cash counters work. If the management of this branch is reading this review, please do a favor to the people of this society .. just resign or close this branch. Thanks.
