The staff of this branch is very co-operative but sometimes the tellers leave their desks for no reason. Also, sometimes, they take a lot of time to complete small tasks (like, it took them half an hour to search my new checkbook) but they are still always very helpful to find a solution for a problem rather than following useless procedures. So... best Bank in Customer Support!
