Very poor service at this branch. Staff are not coperative. Security guards are handling the operations of branch.
Quick services with nice staff members. I opened an account today and it was so easy bcz of the staff cooperation.
I have been using HBL for last 10 years and I'm overall satisfied with the services. However, today I have visited Harbanspura Branch for a new account opening, the operations staff and Branch Manager is so rude and do not have ethics to deals with the customers. I must say HBL management should have a look on their on ground team who spoil their Bank's image and unable to provide the quality service which Bank promised to provide.
