Me... I want to open account. Bank staff... We have 100 reasons to refuse you for not opening account. Better go to any good bank. Only benefit is there ATM.

This branch is one of it's own kind. The manager of this bank asad thinks he owns the whole hbl with the kind of attitude he shows towards customers. If you are going to open an account, don't even think about it can happen on this branch. The staff is incompetent and manager has very less knowledge. Hbl should consider closing this branch for customers sake or remove this rude and uneducated staff.

staff is so rude. 2.3 members are there. 1 of them dont know how to fill a form after 3 years of service. i complained about my online funds transfer but its been 7 days they filled the form, but not getting time to scan n process it further for resolving my problem. operation manager asad hes so rude. all time he misbehave with customers. nd BM he do nothing excpet sitting on chair, doing nothing. plz hbl change ur staff of this branch. pathetic service. wrost branch ever i hv seen.
