ATM never works when needed Pathetic bank Their own ATM goes into request time out error while other banks' atms work fine with habib metro card Complained many times lekin ye bank nhi sudhrega Na ye branch sudhregi Mobile app is also useless Atm card quality is also pathetic
During Covid 19 , 90% staff not wearing mask and staff urging every one to wear mask no body allowed to enter bank What a hypocrisy poor customer service they are not returing your change until request. Such a shame for private Banking
