Go across the street to other bank. Customer service is terrible. Complete waste of time. Just wanted to break Rs1000 note. Went in at noon. No other customers around. Was told to wait. Sat for 20 mins, completely neglected. Another staff member told me to go across the street to another bank. They helped me instantly.
