Nice service and location, I have account in this bank since 3 years and am very satisfied. Level of services are good but there is a lot of room for improvement specially in the areas of Credit Cards because currently they are not providing anything like that. Apart from that they are almost providing all other allied services. Many branches even in the smaller areas and really good customer services by giving attention to individual customers. For a normal account like PLS or current or even salary this bank is strongly recommended. Happy Banking
Pathetic Service by their Staff.. No one know how to communicate with their customer. I would recommend don't use this bank and its service. They don't know SOP of account opening. They took almost 1.5 weeks to account opening even I don't have CC and cheque book after 1.5 weeks.
I thought that HBL has the worst customer service and Bank Alhabin has the worst system. But this bank (and specifically this branch) beats both the banks hands down with the pathetic service and online system ?
