FAB Jebel Ali branch is outstanding if you need your issues handled quickly and properly. There’s virtually no waiting time, the staff are efficient, and—most importantly—the service actually delivers results. In particular, Mr. Sheikh Farhan Imlak’s commitment and professionalism resolved a problem for me that several visits to another branch couldn’t fix. He even identified and solved an additional issue that I hadn’t mentioned. I strongly recommend this branch for anyone who wants their banking matters resolved thoroughly and efficiently.

The worst virtual assistance ever in the world when you are calling support. Yiou have to spend 100 hours to reach operator bcs its simply not clear. Guys, do with this smth, sometimes ppl calling you in urgent basis and abroad. This is just disrespectful move to yiur customers
