It's Head Office of Faysal Bank situated at Shahrah-e-Faisal, one of the busiest and main road of Karachi
Nice building and good environment of branch and ATM. Parking id not for customers.
One of the poorest bank in the banking sector..mobile application has worst user interface...i was suppose to get debit card in 5 working days but i get in 15 days after multiple request. Bank statement is not downloading in their application moreover their application have not my name mentioned which they call mini statement...branch lost my cheque book as well.
The customer service is terrible. Took two different branch visits to get a simple withdrawal completed. The whole ordeal took around 2 hours, jumping between branches! Also no SOPs are observed at this location including the branch manager himself. Avoid banking with them. I am sure there are other banks in pakistan with much better customer service.
The bad ever experience with fbl credit card, The Fraud started with not sharing the postal bill and sabeen is calling from recovery department to pay the bill, The fbl credit card was requested to block and stop and disconnect the relationship between fbl due to not sharing monthly bill, but there is a no update on the issue but charging and calling for recovery for the money which isn't spent using credit card. :(
