I don't know what did I do wrong to deserved this. I mean disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. They can't do anything right. You will find the ATM service unavailable many times. The people at the help center with no clue whats happening. I feel so frustrated by the fact that I have 60K in my account which I cannot use just because these lazy and stupid people have their system down on daily basis. I wanted to be notified when my salary deposit in my account so I called the help center for sms service, he told me its 100Rs per month 1000Rs per year. Stupid as I am, opted for 1000Rs, the help center representative told that the service will get activated in 2 days. Well It did get activated but I received messages only when on withdrawals and not on deposits. Clueless, I called the help center and the stupid representative just argued with me giving stupid logic. When I lost my temper, she said "Ok sir let me discuss with technical team and call you back". Later that day I got another call saying sir actually the problem is with your salary, it comes through our internal system and we don't provide a service for it yet. When I asked when it will get fixed she bluntly said she has no idea. As of today the service is still not fixed after 6 months
Worst service a bank could ever give. I don't know why my boss opted for this misery when there are likes of Meezan, HBL and UBL just some distance away. The have disappointed me so many times that it seems like they have become efficient in it. When their representative first came to our office he said the paper work will take a week and you will have your accounts open, but it didn't happened like that in fact the accounts were still not available for a month and a half. When my boss visited the branch and ask them whats the delay they bluntly said "Yeah its gonna take some time. Calm down its not a big deal. Cant your employees wait for a week or two for their salaries ?" Their ATM card system is down every other day. I find my self so helpless. I mean I have sufficient amount in account but I'm unable to use it because these a** holes don't let me.Their mobile application is just the worse, you don't have to take my word for it just go to Google play type faysal bank and the reviews from previous 5 years to now will tell. My most horrible experience ever. Stupid people, let me have my money.
