After being to several NBD branches and endless calls with the call Center and getting all different answers for the same questions/ requests. This Emirates NBD Branch, on Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai. Gave me the correct information, hassle free service, direct answers, negligible waiting time and a very helpful staff. I cannot complete my review without giving a mention to the Branch Manager- Mr Ryan Fernandes. He not only helped out with my requests but also was very prompt, accurate and detailed with the paperwork, I was amazed at the level of preparation done. I just had to sign and leave, my work was done in a few minutes. Very unlike any other branches. Thank you Mr Ryan Fernandes for everything and God Bless you.
