Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. very poor responsiveness, no customer service at all, even the quite basic job of a current account is lacking. Account was restricted due to "a system error" and it is now 3 days of sorry we will get it solved while I don't have access to my money! and the weird unexplained expenses in the loan is another story and you will have to call and visit to fix any "mistakes" or " system error". Just stay away

When I opened an account and credit card abut 6 years ago, it was a good bank, friendly customer service and employees. But, later get worse and worse. Last Time I went there, I spent 2 hours only waiting for someone call my ticket number. When I went to his room, only in 5 minutes he kicked me out before he listen to my problem. Unfortunately, bad entities didn't read or listen to the critics and didn't try to improve their services.
