Do not get conned with NBD Liv. NBD bank disowns NBD Liv. I require a 3 month bank statement for my visa, and none of the NBD branches are willing to issue me a stamped bank statement. I ALSO PRINTED THE BANK STATEMENT FROM THE APP BUT NBD REFUSE TO AFFIX THEIR STAMP ON IT. NBD staff say the bank has no connection with the Liv account. There is absolutely no contact number, and the chat on their app is a bot. I asked the question " are you human" and the response was " I am a bot, a software program to behave like a human" My visa for Turkey requires a 3 month bank statement, hotel bookings and a flight ticket. Without the bank statement my hotel booking and ticket booking will be canceled without refund and I lose the visa appointment date. But nobody in the NBD branches are willing to support when I tell them this. NBD SHOULD NOT LEND ITS NAME TO THE LIV ACCOUNT AND MISLEAD AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROVIDING SERVICE TO LIV CUSTOMERS AT ITS BRANCHES. IF NBD LENDS ITS NAME NBD SHOULD SUPPORT AND NOT ABANDON THE CUSTOMER. Beware because the LIV account will cause you blood pressure and lead you to die prematurely. NBD should rename the account as NBD DIE instead of NBD LIV
I don't recommend anyone to get Liv account. I have a bad experience with them because of ignoring customer service team to my issue even they don't answer to customer enquiry in addition they took Aed 500 from my account for no reason furthermore they refuse to return it back . I logged a complaint to Emirates central bank and waiting for outcome.
Liv Bank by Emirates NBD is the worst bank account you can probably find on earth. Customer service is almost not existing and the top of the top is the Shipa delivery service they are working with to deliver the card coz it s the only way to get your card and when they say 3-5 working day to get it it s actually more 2-3 weeks, even read someone that has to wait 6 weeks and Emirates NBD don’t care at all !
Please do not use Liv Account . I have send money to India 10 days ago still its not credit to my account and also they don’t have customers care service on call if you want any assistance you have to wait for 2 hours to chart with them then they will answer very very worst service please do not preferrer Liv Account??????
