Had to visit this branch couple of times since i’ve moved to dubai and got the chance to have such a nice experience regarding the request i needed! In fact the customer service was absolutely helpful to me, they took the time to explain me everything in details and got a great follow up as well to avoid any hustle by the time ! Thanks for solving things in such a professional aspect and a short time. I would highly recommend to go across this branch especially if you need any information or any kind of help regarding your account in EMIRATES NBD from the customer side services that was again so helpful to me.

The worst branch in Dubai， why？ see my experience below： 1. The attitude of staff is arrogant and perfunctory, and they do not respect customers who come to handle simple business, such as applying for bank statement. 2. When talking to customers, their staff do not have the slightest awareness of helping customers solve their problems, but only make excuses. 3. When I expressed my intention to apply for the three-month bank account service, their staff asked me to go to another branch. Has this branch not been offering simple business handling? 4. Is there anything else you don't do? And let me know so that the next time I need any business, I will be the first to avoid your store.

Disgusting service! I applied for debit card 4 months ago!!! I provided all documents and nothing from them. I think they don’t need customers. That guy, what was assisting me, his name is Imran, only promised that I will receive card because it has been sent. Still nothing. Good luck.

I wanted to give below zero review , very bad experience , worst staff. Mr.Nazir have very very high attitude . I wonder big bank like Emirates NBD how can’t keep check on their staff. I don’t want they remove this arrogant staff but at least give them warning and explain them you are not owner of the bank

Apparently in this brunch they only attend you if you have any previous appointment made with any of the banking advisors … Walked in , Got a ticket and they let me wait there half an hour without letting me know that I’m not going to be called unless I’ve made an appointment with someone. Extremely unprofessional.
