I got charged auto debit 140,000 twice from my emirates Nbd for my credit card. They call it it glitch. But I was charged 280,000 for a payment that was actually supposed to 140,000. This after having a priority accoint woth 500,000 balance and a 4000 dhs annual credit card. Going to central bank to complain as nobody can help me here. Don’t know what happens to non priority holders. If I do a late payment they charge me 3 percent. Here will they give me 3 percent for taking 140,000 of my hard earned money. I have a check due but my money is in emirates islamic. All 140,000 hope central bank can see these practice they call as a it glitch

Never ever have any dealing with this bank, Horrible is not the word. I opened a Kunooz account, and deposited 2M, they freeze the account without informing me., one fine morning when i went to bank for some other work, i got to now that my account has frozen. Given all the document showing the source of fund, no reply, no answer . several visit to the branch yields only that the branch (manager) will send the reminder to their team, but of no avail. as of now I am not sure if my hard-earned money will be released or will be eaten up

Same as most of the banks, hidden charges where ever you look. You need to be very careful. Also when calling them and trying to get customer service agent on the phone, It will always tell you minimum waiting time is more than 20 min plus phone call is chargeable. When you pay something online and payment is considered as cash payment and you are not aware of it. They will charge you 100 AED fee for this transaction but you will never get SMS that 100 AED was charged as FEE. you will only see it on statement. Online banking is also useless. I don't have bank account with them but I have 2 credit cards. Only 1 card is showing in online banking system, I'm trying now for 4 years to get 2 card in online system but it seams that none of their employees is capable to do it? Or they just don't want or cant do it!

Went to request for a new debit card because the card was expired. From the branch they told me they cannot do new debit card request I have to call the call center. And after waiting on line for more than 25min on the call they’re telling me they cannot do it from the call center I have to go to a branch again. Seems like the staff doesn’t no how to do their job and customer has to waist time and money because of their lack of knowledge.

Very poor banking and customer services. I initiated a loan with this bank in July 2022 but haven't received my cash yet though they started deducting the installments. Further, I complained so many times and they are ignoring me. All what they do is promising but seems to be wasting time only.
