Citi bank makes you pay for the fraud amount and does not update you on the process of the investigation. They do not allow you to cancel the card either. I have reported Fraud on the 24th of Feb 2022, and yet till now there are no updates when it was mentioned that they will get back to you in 3 days. On top, customer service was horrible, shouts back at you on the phone, and the customer service is most probably offshore; you can hear your own voice through the echo. Avoid applying any credit cards with them at all costs.
I had fraudulent transactions and can't get thru the call center. I have raised complaint online for the past 4days since 23Feb 2022 and no reply on my online complaints. Citibank has not called me so far
