Worst credit card, very rude customer service,worst service. please never opt for this card its waste they haven't solve our queries.without intimation they have deducted 800aed and they are not accepting their mistakes also not giving us back our money.

I don't know what's going on with this place, but every time I visit this ATM, it's is either out of service or simply has a paper sign that says "no cash". Don't depend on this ATM. Boycott this branch until Citibank corporate forces this place shut down.

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s like speaking to a brick wall. Wth CitiBank?? Why are you downgraded in UAE?? Hire professionals and pay a good salary so you can avoid uneducated staff.

total waste of my time. some ladies in carrefour stopped me to give me a credit card. i had to go back and forth many times to give them all the documents. after some time they told me that the credit card is ready to collect. but i was out of the country. i let the agent know that ill be coming back in some time and she said that it is fine i can collect it when im back. now that im back ive contacted the agent from citi bank and they are telling me that the application is expired, because of a mismatch in the bank statement. this has been a total waste of my time. i dont recommend getting a credit card from cuti bank because at first they beg you to get one and after wasting your time and not following up what so ever. they just say its expired. people dont bring their time from under the rocks.

Very very rude staff. Salary account frozen for 60 days with reason unknown. All the Staff mentioned is to wait for a "few more days". Cannot promise resolution time. Retail customers - beware!
