One of the modern technology based bank in Bangladesh private more than 5000 àtm and CDM services in the whole country.
DBBL, their starting was good enough but end of the day all the atm shuts down... Its horrible!
Good for deposit / withdraw by using first track. Worst business jobs. In fact DBBL branches are not necessary from now on since business matters goes though Central system for all the banks of Bangladesh as per Bangladesh Bank Regulatory.
12.05 pm, want deposite money CRM Machine operator, broke token serial and put another person. when i was asking why u did it? she replied wait or sit or do it your self. this customer care of dutch bangla bank! shame
Good but Couple of years ago when I went to deposit money for the first time, I faced some problems while I was filling the deposit form. That time I asked for help to their cashier and manager but they behaved like I am an uneducated poor girl. I was really hurt. This was the only unexpected bad experience I had here.
