A place of excellent banking service st Kalatia.

One of the modern banks in Kalatia Bazaar. Employees are very well behaved and the service is up to the mark. I hope they'll keep it up.

Nice bank with good service. Officers are well behaved. The behavior of the officers is good.

Dhaka bank atm 🏧 services issues. Atm 🏧 service poor, when power (current) off, there security off generator and say power off, when power come you can use. When i inquiry others atm how to open, security guard say they use generator. I say, where you generator. When I push him then he generator open. Finally power manage but machine off line. When i say him why atm machine offline. He can't give any positive answer. Interesting part is, after few minutes he gone. No one track him. No boy can say where he go... Worst experience!!! they used counterfeit Taka in a bundle. When I discovered it later, they completely refused to exchange it. They mention me to bring the whole bundle or have to change before left the bank!!! Like they Don't know they use that kind of taka in bundle!! May be a jin or something else push that in bundle 😁😁😁 A bank should address such issues!!! after all, they are called banking services!

Worst bank in Bangladesh I ever seen

This bank has some of the poorest service I've encountered. They're incredibly slow and seem to have no appreciation for their customers' time. I had to endure a one-hour wait just to receive a single card.

Cash department service is very poor.
