Jamuna Bank PLC Shantinagar Branch is one of the older branches in this area, and the location is convenient for nearby residents. The environment inside is usually quiet compared to many other city branches, which makes banking a bit more relaxed. The staff are generally helpful and polite. However, the service speed is not always consistent — sometimes even simple tasks take longer than expected. The interior also feels a bit outdated and could use some modernization to improve comfort. ATM support is available but not always reliable. Overall, it’s a decent branch for regular banking, but service efficiency and facility upgrades would make the experience much better.

This is one of the oldest and well known private Bank in Bangladesh. Bank location is very nice and convenient to all. They offers differents type of Banking facilities here. Stuffs behaviour is also good and helpful. Its closed at Friday and Saturday.
