This branch had few good people who served well in the past but now a days this bank is full with unskilled unprofessional people. They have no sense of customer care including manager. I went there to request for a positive pay and the front desk lady told me that it is ok, we will do it. But she forgot to do so and they dishonor my check and when I went again to the branch the front lady said I do not remember what you told me. Bank staff think we are stand by and we have nothing to do . Her facial expression was very objectionable. They can work as it Is Bangladesh. It is not accepted in anywhere including India. All of my family members closed their accounts from this branch because of poor service. I request for mobile number change a year ago but they have not done it yet. Some staff needs to work on their behavior.

ab oldest private bank in Bangladesh. i went there few times for official purpose. officials are so good, gentle and cordial. nice environment. but i found few of them are bit slow on work. various kinds of banking products are available. certificate of interest. attractive rate of interest. their income has fallen continuously. bad eps.
