Prime Bank Limited is a private bank of Bangladesh. It's a very oldest brunch. All kinds of banking service available in this brunch. They have huge variety of loan & deposit products. They also provide debit & credit cards. Beautiful place for banking. Their staff's very helpful & customer friendly.

The branch is situated at the three way junction of Malibag more. It is one of the busiest branch of the bank. All the day long, you will see crowd here. The booth of the bank on the ground floor isn't enough to reduce the crowd. Service is very fast and interior is very good indeed.you have to be in a line for service but it will not take much time as other banks.

I had to go through hassle in this branch. First they issued me jcb debit card and i had to change it because it was a total waste. Most of the pos machine do not support jcb card. When i went to change it a bank officer told me they rarely issues jcb card. 95% times they issue Master card by default. I dont know why they issued me jcb card. Anyway after long hassle i have managed to change it. Today i went to receive my master card and after receiving card i write to cheque to withdraw some money from my account. Moment I gave my check the transaction officer told me my account was block. Then i went to dest and asked them. They told me did i verify my address and i know i did that 2 months ago. I had to wait almost an hour because they didn’t unblock my account within these 2 months because never submit the verification letter to their head office. After long waiting i went to withdraw again and again the problem came. This time the transaction officer understood the inefficiency
