I came to this bank today to create my bank card, and Penny helped me. She was very kind, thoughtful, gentle, and friendly. (I'm happy that this bank has such an employee.)

WONDERFUL experience at this branch! I walked in with a time sensitive need and no appointment, and the woman who greeted me was an absolute sweetheart who actually cared about my timeline and tried to help. Penny, a banker and absolute angel, agreed to squeeze me in and stayed past closing to help me. She truly wanted to help me (a total stranger) and went above and beyond to do so with the kindest demeanor and energy throughout. Just working with her made my day better - she is that kind of person (you don’t come across that every day!) Thank you!!

Staff is helpful in person but won’t answer the phone which makes it pretty tough to deal with things that they’re working on you with (you just have to show up and hope things are ready). i asked them about it and they said "ah sorry its tough to answer the phone when working with customers" to which i would just wonder whats the purpose of the phone number at all then

This branch (Grand Army Plaza) NEVER answers its phone. If the phone menu options work for you, you're good, but if your business is something else, fugeddaboutit! I live about 2 miles from the branch, but my only option is to visit the branch. Ridiculous!

If I can give them zero stars I would rate them 0. I walked into this brank on August 28th to see an financial adviser about opening an IRA. I was told that I needed to make an appointment with Mr. Eddie Garris III since he was already with another customer and the bank was going to close soon. I was given an appointment the next day Friday August 29th at 11:45 AM. I arrived at 11. 20AM and was told that Mr. Eddie Garris called in sick. No one had the decency to call me to let me know to reschedule the appointment. Mr. Wilmer Roberls was of no help to me what so ever. Please don't go to this branch. They have poor service. I will be closing all of my accounts with Chase bank the next business day once I get everything straighten out.
