Captial one Coffee is a great spot for remote work and studying. It’s located inside a bank building and feels very spacious and well designed. There are plenty of power outlets, clear study and work areas, and the space spans two floors. I especially like that there are three small meeting rooms and one larger meeting room, with the layout clearly divided, so it never feels noisy or chaotic. The atmosphere is calm, modern, and very work-friendly. A really nice place to focus and get things done.

I’ve been a member of Capital One for about a year or so and their customer service has never failed me (ok maybe once). The staff is very helpful and are not lazy to answer your questions even if you have 100s of them. The cafe staff is just as nice and welcoming. (Please ask before using photo)

One of my favorite stops at the UTC mall. Staff & baristas are always friendly and welcoming, even on the busiest days. The bustling environment is fun - a lot of guests come to work and/or hangout. They’ve got special seasonal offerings, as well as Capital One swag/goods in store sometimes. They serve Verve coffee - yum!

I always bring my own mug so I don’t waste a “to go” cup however the guy still made my coffee in a paper cup only to pour it into my mug and then throw it out anyways :( on top of that the vanilla latte I ordered tasted like warmed up sweet milk.

Made an excuse NOT to service my account. I fully believe that the Mgr Shameka Holmes refused to service my account with a VALID DL issued by the Dept of Motor Vehicles. Her reason? because it had an expiration date...Don't ALL "State" issued IDs have an expiration date? Federal credentials and court order all in hand and SHE refused service still. Welcome to SE DC.

Let me start by saying I have two credit cards .and a checking and a savings with capital One .and have been a customer with Capital One for about five years. And decided to open a business account with my primary bank .but imagine my surprise the day of appointment .I was given every excuse as to why I could not be allowed to open a business account Even after having my letter of operations and my EIN number and other documents. I was told that I would not be able to open the business account .it has always been my belief that capital one . assisted there customers with finance /credit /and business support. imagine my surprise when I was being refused the opportunity to open up a business account with some of the most ridiculous excuses. after leaving Capital one I was able to open up a business account with another bank .that same day .and after reviewing Capital One‘s website I see that this happens often at this branch. It was inexcusable. and upsetting to me . I hope this is not
