Chase Bank 4 Chase Metrotech Center Downtown Brooklyn

One month of back and forths - Chase Metrotech will not honor promotional code for opening a business account. I'm a 28 year chase customer with personal banking, IRAs, equity, and IRA accounts for my 21 and 23 year olds. They sent promo mailer to open up biz acct, $300 value to my now Dallas address but I opened account in Brooklyn where my LLC resides. Over the past four weeks, I have made multiple calls (more than two hours total) and was told today that Chase cannot honor the promotion. I appreciate that the local Dallas team (Johnathan and Harvey) and Brooklyn representative (Jared) attempted to escalate the issue, but the effort and cost to reach a “no” outcome seems disproportionate for a simple promotional adjustment—especially given my long-standing relationship with Chase. Going with another account will certainly cause friction in my automatic payments. Unless you can satisfy, taking my business needs elsewhere. This review is specifically for Sana Parvaz as she went above and beyond in trying to rectify the issue we were experiencing. From last week I had an issue ordering a checkbook. Tried online through Chase.com-failed, something with deluxe website maybe, maybe not..called them spoke to chase reps on the phone also ran into an issue. While on the phone was brushed off and told to try again later. Ok, tried again few times in the next few days..failed miserably. Decided to stop by the physical chase brand and was greeted by Sana. She was phenomenal, very personable, friendly and courteous. In fact other staff members were great also, even the branch manager greeted me and thanked me for using chase and coming into the branch. Sana was able to assist me and I highly recommend her, the woman needs to be promoted.

Amazing customer service! Lisa, the Branch Manager, took care of us from the moment we called - she is warm, genuine, and so thoughtful! True Brooklyn hospitality! She even brought my husband and I coffee while we waited. And John, our banker, was outstanding - he walked us through every step of opening a new account with courtesy, professionalism and sincerity. So excited that our new bank has that "local bank" feel. Between the two ATMs inside the office building being out of service and the vestibule hours being limited, this branch might as well not have ATMs at all.

Great, helpful staff & it's always clean! The 4 stars is because the ATM area is currently closed on Sundays. I don't know the reason for it, but it's disappointing and inconvenient. I hope they rectify whatever the issue is and the ATM area goes back to being available 7 days a week!
