Should be rated negative for customer service. I called to activate my debit card. Gave all correct details including branch name etc. Was told my account branch details had not been updated so I would have to wait and call another day. I notified my branch. They said I needed to give call centre the EXACT address and sent me the details. When I called back after 4 weeks, all I got was a bogus recording telling me ' your call is important. Your number in the queue is zero. Your approx wait time is 1 minute".waited 8 minutes first time I called. 9 minutes when I called again an hour later. Queue no. stayed at zero and wait time 1 minute. Bogus recording. Worse service. I pressed the digit to receive a call-back. Needless to say, noone called back. PATHETIC. They have now actually told me that for a joint account, ONLY the primary person can hold an ATM card. They are the only bank in Pakistan with this crazy weird unprofessional policy from the 19th century. Shame.
