Visited this branch at 28th Feb, 2022. Pathetic service and slow staff. They take several minutes just to do 1 person's simplest task. They also do tasks of their known persons/friends outside the line while people in line keep waiting for their turn. They have an inhouse photocopy machine for photo copying ID cards etc, which is a plus point.
Very 3rd class type of customet service. Under staff bank. Dont know how to deal with their customers
