In competent staff, visit for exchange defected currency note (corner part damage). But refuse and gave advise for visit state bank. Also cash counter attached notice paper, that defected currency note changed here.
I went NBP (Shaheed e Millet Road Branch) for submitting FBR Challan on December 15, 18 and 19, 2019. I am complaining because when I went there on 15 of December, they told me that FBR challan is not being paid today due to some system's fault. Again, I went there on 18 of December too, they told that it is not working because the authority person is absent. Then I went there today (December 19, 2019), focal person was playing game in mobile, he told me in very bad behavior that system is not working. I asked him, when it will work? He told me, we do not know. To resolve this problem I would like you to check it from Bank Branch as soon as possible because it impacts badly to customer.
One of the pathetic bank of PAKISTAN. ATM remain down 90% of the time. Poor customer service. Take ages to process you requests. It is only alive due to Govt accounts else it has no comparison with any Private banks. If govt accounts are removed from it then I think it Cant survive. Allah Save Pakistani people from it. Ameen
This is national bank of Pakistan. Need to improve service then will be one of the biggest bank in Asia Bcz all utility and other bills collect there and also other majer bills and chalan
