BNP Paribas Fortis Gosselies 19 Rue Pont-à-Migneloux Gosselies

Après avoir été balancé d'une agence à l'autre tel une vulgaire donnée numérique suite au nombreuses fermetures d'agences ( Pont-à-Celles,Gosselies centre ,lodelinsart,charleroi,Seneffe,nivelles,..) J'ai demandé à être transféré à cette nouvelle agence de Gosselies. J'ai été acceuili par Madame Michel Marie-L et je fut enchanté par le service ! Ca fait 5 ans que je me plains du service BNP ou le côté humain/service client est clairement mis de côté et j'ai enfin retrouvé un service de qualité lors de mon rendez vous :)

Another branch where the ATMs have disappeared. Was it really worth renovating it when it was already in good condition, and for this result? Yes, yes, I know the website address to find the other ATMs, no need to reply like a robot. The website is self-explanatory and clearly shows the problem: the two closest ATMs are located... INSIDE the airport (Convenient!). The only usable one is 4 km away, and after a half-hour drive, let's hope they're not out of order!

What's with these bad reviews?! I just went there for an appointment to close an account and I was very well received, right on time, with no waiting, and the transaction was completed in just a few minutes. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. Have a great day! It definitely deserves 5 stars.

What a disaster, I've been a customer for over 30 years and they treat me like I'm filthy. They're only friendly in this branch when they put insurance on you. There's no service at this bank. I came to update my ID card and they treat me like dogs. I had to travel fifteen kilometers to get to my local bank. I've just made a decision and my future will be without BNP.
