1 star because I can't give 0 Since they merged with Crelan it's been a real disaster, we can't reach anyone by phone or email. I received a new bank card, the letter tells me that my code doesn't change but when I enter my code it is incorrect, as a result I can no longer use my card and I can't reach anyone! 5 accounts with them they will all be closed!

Stop with your negative comments! I've been a customer for almost 20 years. Most of the time, the young woman at the counter is alone; she can't help herself if she doesn't have a colleague to assist her. She's very competent; she's always worked at the counter of an AXA branch. She's been serving us at the counter for a good 20 years. Now it's a small bank; go to Fortis if you're not happy there, you're just a number.

In Couillet, all the employees demonstrated impeccable professionalism, with a special mention for Ms. Lattuca. I plan to request a transfer as early as Monday.

They don't answer emails or the phone, especially when you're disabled and can't get around. I'm thinking of changing banks, but the gentleman who is nice still hasn't put me down. I went there and I haven't seen anything about my account. All I have to do is change banks. You don't even deserve a 🌟
