The desk staff is slow and unhelpful, making you wait excessively even when they're free. They get annoyed when you ask for assistance and do it reluctantly. When I finally asserted my right to service, they created obstacles preventing me from completing the requested service. Their only excuse was that I had to go to another branch. Beware of the young executive, as he asks for sensitive information without any justification. Banorte, be on your guard with this executive who refused to give me his name.
Ni un solo de los cajeros tenía efectivo. Saco turno para pasar a caja, sin atender a nadie pero sin pasar turno tampoco. Mejor fui al BBVA de al lado, saqué, pagué, volví y el turno de acá bien gracias
