Banorte's insurance is terrible; they haven't paid the claim since November, and their customer service is awful across all channels. DO NOT USE BANORTE.
I have credit cards from several banks, and this is the worst I've ever used. They steal a lot of money little by little through nonexistent fees, insurance policies you never authorized, and unrecognized charges that even the bank itself can't explain, and they don't appear on your statement. It happened to me once before, but I gave them another chance because of the concerts, but I'm never doing it again. They're the worst banks out there.
The service at the Banorte Cibeles branch in Jiutepec, Morelos, is terrible. They're rude and rude. They're eating while they're serving you. Please do something about it!
They don't answer phones or emails, there are no numbers, they don't make it accessible to go, and there is no parking.
They have terrible customer service. It's very difficult to communicate with them to resolve an urgent issue like accessing online banking.
