Otherwise, even if it has the same address as your INE (Mexican voter ID), they won't serve you. If you rent or live with a relative, don't even think about it; there's no room for us at that branch.
The staff is not trained to meet the needs of their customers. They waste time; they gave me the wrong phone number, and my process is supposed to be done in person at the branch, but they told me it had to be done by phone, which was incorrect. I checked the information on the platform.
