Unfortunately, I switched banks for deposits, and I have no other option. It's the worst banking experience I've ever had. Wait times are excessive, even if you arrive without many people. Suddenly, lines can pile up and they postpone your spot when it should be fair and respect the time of those who arrive earlier. I don't see the head teller instilling that sense of urgency in her employees, since I often see that even when everyone is there, only two windows are working. And I've seen that when people get upset about the excessive wait time, they complain to the person at the front desk, and even though she calms them down and understands their problem, I see her responding rudely.

Terrible. People are letting people in without tickets, claiming they have scheduled appointments. I asked the person at the door about the appointments, and they told me that when you arrive at the branch, they give you a number, and you're seen in that order. So, making an appointment online is pointless. It's contradictory; they're making a mockery of you. And the wait is hours long; I waited more than two hours to be seen. What we noticed is that the staff aren't helping people; they're supposedly on their computers. Improve the service and make it more efficient. As for the service itself... well, I can't speak badly of it since they've treated me okay so far.

If you don't have trained staff or suitable facilities to serve you, close your bank; it's annoying how long it takes for something simple.

Most branches have a reputation for being slow and having bad service. This one is the worst of them all! By far!
