Terrible experience! The code they asked me to scan to get an appointment blocked my WhatsApp, and now I can't use the app with this number! Even though I gave my card to the representative so they could enter it and give me an appointment. I went to make a transfer, and after they took my biometrics and I authorized them to access my money, they told me it wasn't possible. Everything went wrong. 👎
I was served by a very friendly lady, every time I go. From the girl who gives the ticket at the entrance to the cashiers, they are all very nice.
The service is terrible, Banorte keeps getting worse. I've called their call center 7 times and they hang up on me and don't connect me.
I came to open an account and they understood me well and without delays.
Terrible service. Why hire people who don't want to work there? It's nothing like other Banorte branches; all the staff are rude and act like they're doing us a favor. If I could, I'd give it a zero or a negative rating. I'm worried that these kinds of people have access to my financial information.
