Terrible service. The staff are rude, misogynistic, and arrogant. If I have an account at this branch and they treat me like this, I can't imagine how they treat non-customers. The managers are practically nonexistent.

Terrible service. I'm a customer and they treat me this way; I can only imagine how they treat non-customers.

Poor staff. They made me go twice, each for 40 minutes, and they couldn't open a personal account for me. A piece of paper was always missing. The employees don't know how to do their jobs or what's needed. The manager was conspicuously absent. Not recommended. Absolutely not.

This branch is small but very efficient, it's rarely crowded and you're always served with kindness, and it's not too difficult to park nearby.

I don't usually give 5 stars to banks, but this time I will, for two reasons: 1) They're open on Saturdays. 2) It's a small branch, so at least they listen to you and are a bit more "flexible" than in other places. They helped me out really well today. So, I'm giving them 5 stars.
