Poor customer service. The young woman handing out the checkout slips is very rude and is also eating. The cashier is terrible; the wait is incredibly long and unnecessary.
Terrible service, from all the staff in general.
Literally the best branch I've been to, the girl at the entrance, the one who gives the paperwork, is very friendly without putting up obstacles like other branches, and then the executive who helped me solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. If it took me 15 minutes in the branch, it was a long time, seriously, congratulations.
Horrible experience. It took almost two hours just to get to a window. They supposedly have five available, but only one was open.
Poor service, they don't attend to users unless it's the originating branch, they only handle cancellations, and only one ATM is working.
