This bank is awful. At every branch, they take about an hour and a half to see each person. They make a huge fuss, and all I wanted was to open an account.

I went to the branch regarding an issue with the app and was seen immediately. The young man who assisted me was friendly and helped me with all my questions. My visit was at 9:30 in the morning, and I highly recommend this branch.

Tuve que salir 3 días del trabajo para aclarar una situación que desde el primer momento me pudieron haber solucionado. El cajero se quedó con mi dinero, han pasado un mes y una semana no me pueden devolver mi dinero. Si fuera el dinero de ellos, les aseguro que me buscarían por todos los medios posibles.
