These best branch of Banorte. Very cooperative staff. Helps in every aspect and make the process easy and faster for the client.

This bank is awful. At every branch, they take about an hour and a half to see each person. They make a huge fuss, and all I wanted was to open an account.

I went to the branch regarding an issue with the app and was seen immediately. The young man who assisted me was friendly and helped me with all my questions. My visit was at 9:30 in the morning, and I highly recommend this branch.

We have a business account with you, and you've blocked it under the pretext of updating our information. This has been going on for a month now! How is it possible that you're harming small businesses like this?! We're up to date on our taxes, we don't have any outstanding loans with you, and for the past month we haven't been able to receive payments from clients or pay suppliers. Who should we contact to get this resolved?
