Kirti Dhamija is very pleasant to deal with. Kirti helped me open my first account with BMO and on both interactions Kirti went above & beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well cared for. This is type of client care can be rare and I hope that all of my interactions and services line up with the service that Kirti Dhamija has provided for me!

Very grateful for the exceptional service received by Marcus and Mayank at this BMO Branch. Despite our unscheduled arrival, they did everything possible to accommodate our banking needs that day. Previously, we had gone to 2 other banks and another BMO Branch, but the service at each was deplorable. One was unprofessional, another clearly lacked expertise, and another just couldn’t be bothered to fit us in or find us another branch. On the other hand, Marcus listened to our request and Mayank sat down with us and handled our business professionally, cordially and went above and beyond to inform us of other products provided by BMO. I highly recommend this BMO Branch, specifically its staff.

2023 Feb. - BMO Eringate provides excellent service for many decades. The staff are not only very helpful and efficient but nice and friendly too. Especially Jenna at the front counter is very patient and explains things very well. Thank you. .

I received great service from the bank manager. The bank was very busy and the manager stepped in as a teller to help relieve the line up. She gave me great banking advice.The manager was Stephanie Marrese.This happened in May of this year.
