It's a good branch, a bit busy but that's to be expected when it's situated on Tariq Road. The staff is helpful and courteous.
One of Worst Branch of any bank i have ever seen, I got the token 184, at the time they were entertaining token number 158, i had to wait 1 hour for my turn to arrive, the queue was stuck on 182 , because the cashier was , entertaining a ladies with token no 232, when complaining the cashier, got angry on us and asked us to go to another branch, funny thing is out 3 counters only 1 is working
a bit slow service.
