This branch is very congested that even the representatives hardly have any place to sit. Although they have tried to give their best by some facilities, but still the place should have been a bit spacious for the work.
Kindly put drop box out of branch how one can wait two hours to drop cheque only, do consider
The bank itself is crowded and I am not sure of overall management but their operation manager Miss Adeela Batool who handles usual accounts and remittance related stuff is vey nice and cordial , she helped with all processes in very smooth and empathic way , in case of any issues she gives good information and helps sort out the process herself ! So I would say the customer service experience I have faced so far from her is pretty good , the branch is crowded which can cause long ques for other purposes but for general account related purposes it’s been good experience so far
Very slow people. Always have issue with their internet. Customers have to suffer
