Excellent services given to pensioneers.
Worst customer service. Had to wait more than 30 minutes just to deposit a cheque, which in other banks takes hardly 2 to 5 minutes.
Extremely pathetic services ,no contact number enlisted where a customer or new customer or old customer should contact on the given number niether helpline is runing on I'm extremely suffering due to my father pention card ...no branch contact number list or updated list or updated contact list is available lots of people may suffer please check ....
