For utility and fee vouchers collection they have a small window outside of the bank. Literally I feel like I am in 90's. I got there at 9:00 sharp and almost 10 people was there with utility bills, I was there for fee voucher submission, it tool almost 45 minutes. Very bad experience
Staff is Very Rude & Not Coperative
So far good experience
