Very bad staff 7 token serve in one hour horrible experience tw i have complained twice to the manager but he was also helpless to deal with cash counter staff
Worst Experience, went to pay my university tuition fee, took the token at 12:32 PM when the current serving token was 0126 and I got a token no of 0181. Waited for an hour and after 01:32 the current serving was on token 0160. I went to the manager and told him about the situation and he said I cannot do anything and you have to wait. There were 4 token counters out of which only 1 was taking customers. Very poor service, wasted my 1 hour. Went there during my office timings and I just wasted an hour and did nothing but waiting
