BALH is a friendly bank.The Atm is very reliable and so are the bill payment transfers
Another Al Habib with a cubby hole for bill and fees payment, you stand in line outside the bank for giving money to the bank. This branch at least has its bill collection in a shelter and the window to speak to people is slightly bigger
Extremely Poor and Cheap Class Service of this bank, today is my worst tareen Experience. I mean their Stupid Operation Manager saying ' your NIC picture didn't matched on you, so we won't cash your Cheque' what non sense you Ill literate Staff. Surely will going to shut my account from this 3rd Class Banking.
The staff is very lazy and casual. It takes average 25_30 minutes to deposit a single utility bill. And when you look for the BM. He is often not seen on seat. Pathetic service !
Only bank in block, where you can pay utility bill. Whereas, other banks refuse to pay utility bank.
