Staff is non cooperative There 3 desk but only one staff member serving the public a huge line of public is waiting for their turn but branch manager and 4 others are sitting and just trying to give loly pop to value able customers. When asked, branch manager just said l have no staff like cashier and it is in the knowledge of head office.
