Be careful with Banco de Bogotá. If you have a savings account, they require a token to withdraw money from the app, and they always send a text message when making a withdrawal. Out of nowhere, at night, they made a transfer from a supposed key that the account holder never activated. They didn't send a text message. When I went to the branch, the advisor said the bank doesn't protect accounts to ensure the account holder's money won't be lost. When I reported it, they responded that the money transfer was legal. They must have employees complicit for the money to be lost. Are they paid so poorly? It's shameful that these things happen at such a reputable bank.

The bank's service is generally terrible; they keep blocking accounts, and when you go to the bank, you're told you have to wait. My account has been blocked for over three days now, and they haven't offered a solution.

This bank (and the bank in general) is a complete headache; the service is questionable, and having any paperwork done at this branch, as I unfortunately have to do, is a complete ordeal.
