Terrible service. Online appointments are not available. Wait times are over two hours, even if you arrive early. Only one or two advisors are available; they don't respect appointment times. The host has terrible service; he has no idea how the bank works. This location is terrible in every way. If they could go to another location, it would be better. I left wanting to change banks. I've been here for a month, and they can't resolve a credit card issue. But when they have campaigns, they give them away for free.

Terrible service! Over an hour's wait and the advisors do absolutely nothing! They just sit on their computers and don't call people back or respect schedules, even if you arrive early. 0/10

The service is terrible. There's only one teller for everyone, and with 20 people waiting in line, they don't care about the customers' time. I highly recommend changing banks. It took two hours to make a deposit. And the tour guide was having coffee in the cage.

Only one advisor on duty while over 30 people waited. Advisors chatted amongst themselves, seemingly unconcerned and unstressed, while more customers arrived.

Pésima atención en recepción, fui a consignar y habían 24 turnos represa dos en cola, muy demorados en avanzar, los cajeros no servían. El multifuncional no dejó hacer una consignación justo después de que al anterior le dejo retirar.
