The quality of their customer service is abysmal. I have filed application for closing my accounts two times and yet the account is not closed and they are deducting debit card fees, which I don't even have, from my other accounts. Update: They are deliberately trying to not close my account. I am now withdrawing money from all of my askari bank branches. Taste your own medicine.
I was in the Aabpara Branch this morning. Im a student of Comsats University Islamabad Wah Campus. I was there to submit my semester fee. First of all there was one person dealing with the customers besides having four counter at around 10am. When my token number was called They refused to accept the fee because it was after due date. Though I printed it yesterday and they were saying we are not allowed to accept because you may have more fee that is not listed on the fee slip. I just wanna complain that they wasted a lot of my time and I got late for my interview. Secondly I was giving the amount that was payable after due date. They even created a scene. It's a shame for your Illetrate employees to solve a simple problem. And I'm never gonna recommend your services to anyone else. And being a social activist and a student I have the power to ruin the reputation of your bank and I'm gonna do that until they are gonna say sorry to me.
